Where will my vaccination be?

Unfortunately despite wanting to, we are not allowed to vaccinate people from the usual practice premises.  Ourselves and 5 other local practices have teamed up to deliver Covid vaccinations from Tonge Moor Health Centre. This is less than a mile away and may be closer for some of you.  It is the branch surgery that Dr Walmsley worked from before we moved to Crompton Health Centre. The full address is Tonge Moor Health Centre, Thicketford Rd, Bolton BL2 2LW.

It can be found on Google Maps here
