All your care is now carried out by the midwives.  You do not need to be referred for maternity care.

If you know that you are pregnant you can self refer to the midwife.  Contact them on 01204 390023 and they will arrange all your appointments including your 12 week scan.

Any issues with this, please do not hesitate to contact the surgery and we will do our best to help you.
